At NSM, we Build Success every day for our people, carrier partners, agents and insureds — because we know our success is built on yours.   The Global Controller is responsible for the preparation of timely and accurate monthly and quarterly financial statements, technical accounting research, managing the external auditor relationships and ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the general ledger in accordance with GAAP accounting policies and procedures.  The Global Controller will work closely with the CFO, FP&A Manager and NSM’s Senior Leadership to identify opportunities to strengthen controls and streamline processes to ensure that the F&A department embodies its role as a trusted business partner.

NSM is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Development team in creating next generation solutions for insurance business, digital transformation as well as understanding and maintaining our current solutions and products.   As a Software Engineer you will work with .NET and other technologies in cloud environments to create capabilities to solve unique problems that meet business needs and goals. You will also be responsible for the full development cycle, end-to-end, from design, implementation, and testing to documentation, delivery, and maintenance.   This is a “hands-on” position requiring solid technical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be capable of working independently and collaboratively. You will be working daily with your team members to manage product releases and day-to-day development activities. You'll be expected to make the existing solutions better and participate in designing new software, do code reviews, and most importantly, deploy code!
