As the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in the execution of B2B marketing campaigns, social media, and ongoing marketing content.

 

We are seeking a hungry and strategic person who can help contribute creative ideas and marketing strategy for NSM and our 10+ B2B insurance programs — while also executing on the day-to-day tactical level. This position will collaborate with the larger marketing team to execute marketing campaigns — with a daily focus on email marketing; collateral materials; webinars; social media; and trade show events.

**This is a hybrid position, 3 days onsite at the Conshohocken, PA office**

Responsibilities

  • Help build marketing plans for our various B2B programs; suggest new ideas to attract prospective clients (Property & Casualty insurance agents).
  • Develop compelling materials for B2B marketing campaigns and product launches (i.e., brochures, digital/LinkedIn ads, print ads, blog posts, website copy, social media posts, email marketing, white papers, etc.).
  • Collaborate with program leaders in development of webinar presentations or sales materials.
  • Develop compelling social media content targeting agents and prospective employees on our key channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Help support trade shows and events, including registering for the show and prepping materials to be shipped to the event.
  • Help support some employee communications initiatives, including company newsletter.
  • Limited travel required for select agent events and meetings (usually 2-3 times per year).

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing and communications, specifically with a focus on developing marketing content and collateral.
  • Copywriting experience and comfortable writing for web, social, events and client presentations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Model behaviors consistent with a high-performance culture — hungry to dive in and learn, highly resourceful, self-motivated, accountable and adaptive to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Social and approachable, with ability to build positive relationships with teammates and senior level executives.
  • Sense of camaraderie and ability to build trust with teammates and open to mentorship and feedback from colleagues or senior leaders.
  • Meticulous detail orientation, with excellent follow through and follow up.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Added bonus if past experience with social media channels or marketing platforms, such as Sprout Social.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
