The Agency Contracts Coordinator is responsible for requesting, reviewing, and tracking agency marketing agreements between NSM Insurance Services, LLC and brokers, as well as processing and tracking onboarding/offboarding of internal producers for two Collector Car programs.

Responsibilities

  • Gather documents and data.
  • Identify missing or erroneous information.
  • Set up accounts and update data as needed.
  • Draft and send communication with brokers and licensees.
  • Complete request and process changes appropriately.
  • Review purchase agreements/merger documents.
  • Process new/renewal licenses of internal producers within NSM’s system, including affiliations and carrier appointments.
  • Process offboarding of producers in system
  • Track progress on excel spreadsheet and/or in system.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
  • Prior experience in Insurance, preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and accountability.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously while working effectively in a team environment.
