Overview

What You'll Do

  • Create and manage a comprehensive communication strategy that delivers compelling communications that inspire and drive action 
  • Lead the successful execution of cross-functional enablement programs in partnership with the CEO, Leadership Teams and Marketing
  • Strategically deliver storytelling and clear resources, content, and messaging through our various channels.
  • Partner with leadership to support consistent communication, including internal/external newsletters, all-hands meetings, press releases and various presentations.
  • Consistently gather feedback from the specific teams to improve internal and external communication
  • Serve as the liaison for the CEO with partnering departments, reviewing, editing, and providing recommendations for submitted documentation and communications 
  • Partner with senior and executive leadership to identify opportunities to streamline current processes through optimization and automation 
  • Develop and maintain an effective process focused on providing timely and targeted content, customer-facing collateral, and internal resources

Qualifications

About you and what type of skills you’ll need

  • BS degree in communications, marketing or related discipline
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to understand and translate complex concepts into clear, concise, and impactful communications
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading skills and experience in creating, adapting and unifying content for multiple channels
  • Critical thinker, creative problem solver with keen attention to detail, quality and on-time/on-budget delivery of programs
  • Ability to work independently without constant supervision while being a member of the team
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing atmosphere
  • Demonstrated ability in storytelling (must be able to submit example) with a passion for using creative imagery to communicate
  • Excellent collaborative skills
