  • Overview

    We are currently looking to add a Talent Acquisiton Specialist to our HR team located in our Conshohocken, PA office! This position is responsible for driving the initiatives to attract, recruit, and hire top talent to the organization. 


    This role will be developing talent strategies to support business objectives, processes and programs. They will be accountable for establishing and developing effective communication and influential partnerships with both internal and external business leaders. This role will be involved in identifying and screening candidates as well as the overall development of company process for talent bench-marking, assessments, and retention of talent.


    Talent Acquisition

    • Lead and execute full life cycle recruiting process including sourcing, screening, selection, interviewing and supporting pre-boarding. Support manager level and above recruitment as needed


    • Engage with external recruiting agencies to assure they are aligned with our recruiting priorities and manage their candidate process


    • Partner with Hiring Managers and business leaders to ensure recruiting strategies and processes are aligned with the priorities of the business


    • Develop recruitment marketing programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates. Engage hiring managers in strategies


    • Monitor internal/external postings, usage, and spend; Manage vendor relationships & contracts


    • Provide talent insight and guidance to Hiring Managers and Sr. Leadership with job market and employment data. May gather specialized or competitive intelligence and research regarding the talent market


    • Network and create a diverse range of key external relationships within the industry to increase brand awareness and build pipeline



    • Responsible for the onboarding process of all new hires; including UltiPro onboarding, processing background checks, new hire packets, working with Hiring Managers on orientation schedules, and conducting new hire orientation


    • Engage with new hires through a 30-60-90 day check-in process to assure a successful transition into our company culture and all training needs are being met


    • Assist in the assessment and further development of the candidate experience



    Campus Recruiting/Intern Program

    • Identify specific universities and develop campus recruiting partnerships to implement specific initiatives to attract and engage students year-round


    • Participate in campus career events, conduct professional development trainings, and attend university networking/sponsored events


    • Assist in the implementation and management of our Summer Intern Program company-wide


    • Assist with various HR team initiatives where needed


    • Bachelor’s Degree required
    • Minimum of three (3) years of recruiting experience required
    • Experience utilizing iCIMS applicant tracking software preferred
    • Ability to anticipate Leadership’s needs; taking initiative to reach milestones and goals
    • Must possess strong time management and organizational skills
    • Must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail
    • Positive attitude; Highly motivated self-starter who can thrive and deliver in a lean, fast-paced and collaborative environment, focusing on performance and business execution
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
    • Must be client focused and take initiative to resolve problems
    • Displays good communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Ability to build partnerships with various teams both internally and externally
    • Willingness and the ability to travel (no more than 25%)
